The production of paper cups involves multiple processes such as labeling the cup body, rolling up the bottom edge, rolling up the cup opening, ultrasonic welding or hot melt bonding, etc. High precision is required for the synchronization of each workstation and the accuracy of the molds. The EZ Tech Group paper cup machine adopts a design combining a cam transmission system and a servo paper feeding mechanism, with a stable production speed ranging from 70 to 110 cups per minute (depending on the cup shape and paper specifications), and the forming error is controlled within ±0.3mm.
