Flexographic printing is a rotary relief printing method that uses flexible photopolymer plates, fast-drying inks, and a series of rotating cylinders to transfer images onto substrates. Unlike offset or gravure, flexo printing handles a vast range of materials, from thin plastic films and shrink sleeves to paperboard and non-woven fabrics. The heart of any high-performance flexo press lies in its precision registration, anilox roller quality, and drying system efficiency. EZ Tech integrates advanced servo drives, closed-loop tension control, and precisely ground ceramic anilox rollers to ensure every print run meets the most exacting standards. As substrate materials get thinner and ink formulations become more complex, the need for highly adaptive machinery grows. We offer two primary series designed for different market segments: the EZ-Flex Compact series for narrow-web label and tag applications, and the EZ-Flex Wide series for flexible packaging and mid-web converting. Both lines share the same core engineering DNA—heavy cast iron side frames, direct-drive servos, and quick-change print sleeves—but differ in web width capacity and drying configurations. The Compact series spans 250mm to 460mm web widths, while the Wide series handles 600mm up to 1300mm. Depending on the application, machines can be configured with up to 12 color stations, each equipped with independent impression cylinders and water-cooled UV or hot-air drying units. EZ Tech also offers inline rotary die-cutting, cold foil transfer, lamination, and sheeting modules, turning a standard press into a complete production line.
