It features a bilingual operation interface and a dual-touch screen electronic control system. It can achieve high-precision automatic alignment both vertically and horizontally. During start-up, shutdown, and speed changes, material loss is extremely low, significantly improving the utilization rate of raw materials. The entire machine adopts a closed-loop tension control scheme. The tension of each unit of the feeding, loading, unloading, and rewinding is independently controlled and has stable precision. Throughout the process, problems such as sheet stretching, deviation, and wrinkling are avoided, ensuring uniform and consistent printing quality of each roll of finished products.
The entire machine integrates an independent printing unit, a wind-cooling cooling system and an electric heating drying unit. The drying area is divided into zones for constant temperature control, with the maximum temperature control reaching up to 70℃. It can not only quickly solidify the ink but also avoid damage to the film substrate due to high temperature. The loading and unloading process adopts a double-arm double-station rotating frame combined with an axisless air expansion shaft structure, supporting automatic feeding without stopping, automatic cutting, and eliminating the need to wait for rewinding. This effectively improves the overall production continuity. The core printing components such as the scraper, embossing roller, and ink tank have been optimized, ensuring uniform ink discharge and smooth scraping, which can effectively reduce ink splashing. Daily cleaning and accessory replacement are simple and efficient.
All the pneumatic components, motors, bearings, electrical switches and other key accessories of the entire machine are selected from internationally renowned brands. The overall machine has low operating noise and a low failure rate. At the same time, it is fully equipped with static elimination devices to solve the printing static hazard from the source. The maximum outer diameter of the unwinding and rewinding is of a unified specification. The overall size and load capacity have been professionally optimized for mechanics. The chassis is solid and has strong load-bearing capacity, which can maintain stable operation at high speeds for a long time. The maximum printing speed can reach 350 meters per minute, balancing production capacity, precision and durability.
