The Dual-servo Unit-type Flexo Printing Machine produced by EZ TECH, equipped with a dual servo control system, is combined with flexible photosensitive resin plates and mesh roller ink transfer system. Its registration accuracy is ±0.1mm, and the maximum printing speed reaches 220m/min. It is suitable for paper with a weight range of 60-280g/㎡. It is an ideal main model for medium and small batch to medium batch orders.

Product Usage

Before Startup Preparation

Check if the power supply, air source, and tension control system are normal. Confirm that the printing plate roller and the mesh roller are installed properly and the plates are aligned. Set the printing parameters according to the order requirements, including the number of color groups, registration positions, drying temperature, and printing speed. Also, adjust the unwinding and rewinding tension to ensure stable paper feeding.

 

Production Operating Procedure

Install the roll of paper to be printed on the unwinding device, thread the paper and adjust the tension to ensure smooth paper feeding.

Start the equipment for a test print, check the registration accuracy, ink saturation, and drying effect. Based on the test print results, make minor adjustments to the parameters to confirm that the patterns are aligned, without ghosting, and without smudging.

After the test print is qualified, enter the batch production mode. The equipment will automatically complete multi-color printing, drying, and rewinding processes. During the process, real-time monitoring of registration accuracy and ink conditions can be conducted.

After production is completed, sequentially turn off the printing unit, drying system, and tension control to complete the roll-up of the finished product.

 

Production Process Notes

During operation, pay attention to observing tension changes to avoid registration deviations caused by loose or tight paper; regularly check the ink level and the status of the mesh roller to prevent ink from drying and blocking the mesh holes. When switching between different material papers, re-adjust the tension and drying temperature to ensure stable printing results.

The Dual-servo Unit-type Flexo Printing Machine includes three models: YT-1000CB, YT-1300CB, and YT-1500CB. The maximum printing width ranges from 1000mm to 1500mm. It can be configured with printing color groups according to requirements to achieve multi-color registration, meeting the printing needs of various packaging products of different specifications.

Equipment maintenance

Daily maintenance (per shift / daily)

After production is completed, use a dedicated cleaning agent to clean the mesh roller and printing plate roller, removing residual ink to prevent drying and clogging; clean the hot air channels of the drying system to avoid paper debris and ink accumulation that may affect the drying effect; check the air source and tension control system to ensure no air leakage and stable tension.

 

Regular maintenance (weekly / monthly)

Every week, inspect the dual servo motors and transmission gears, add lubricating oil to ensure precise transmission; check the wear of the plate roller bearings and guide rollers, replace worn parts in time; calibrate the registration accuracy to ensure stable multi-color alignment. Monthly, check the PLC control system and touch screen interface, back up parameters, clean the internal dust of the equipment, and prevent short circuit faults.

 

Long-term shutdown maintenance

If the Dual-servo Unit-type Flexo Printing Machine is not used for a long time, thoroughly clean all printing components, apply anti-rust oil on the surface of the mesh roller and printing plate roller, remove the ink pipelines and clean them thoroughly; turn off the power and air source, cover with a dust cover and store in a dry and ventilated place. Before restarting, conduct a comprehensive inspection of all components, run a test run without abnormalities before putting it back into production.
