Core forming technology ensures consistent quality of paper cups
The production of paper cups involves multiple processes such as labeling the cup body, rolling up the bottom edge, rolling up the cup opening, ultrasonic welding or hot melt bonding, etc. High precision is required for the synchronization of each workstation and the accuracy of the molds. The EZ Tech Group paper cup machine adopts a design combining a cam transmission system and a servo paper feeding mechanism, with a stable production speed ranging from 70 to 110 cups per minute (depending on the cup shape and paper specifications), and the forming error is controlled within ±0.3mm. The Paper Cup Machine supports single-sided PE laminated paper with a weight of 150–400 gsm, double-sided PE laminated paper, and some biodegradable laminated paper materials. It is suitable for cup sizes ranging from 4 ounces to 16 ounces (approximately 120ml–500ml), meeting mainstream demands such as small sample drinking cups, medium-sized coffee cups, and large-sized milk tea cups.
