Paper Bucket machine

The production speed can reach 50-70 pieces per minute. It is suitable for thick paper with a weight of 220-380g. 1. Special forming process for large-capacity paper barrels

Adapted to the structural characteristics of ultra-large-sized paper barrels, the barrel body forming, bonding and bottom treatment processes have been optimized to ensure uniform bonding of the barrel body and a solid bottom. Even when filled with heavy objects, it is not prone to deformation or leakage, solving the pain points of traditional equipment that have difficulty making large barrels due to easy glue separation and soft collapse.

2. Two-step bottom heating + embossing shaping
