Product Usage

Before Startup Preparation

Check the air source pressure (0.6 Mpa) and voltage to ensure they are normal. Confirm that the molds on the equipment match the bowls to be produced, check the specifications of the fan-shaped pieces in the paper hopper to ensure there are no damages or wrinkles. Add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil, check if the glue and oil injection system is smooth, and avoid problems such as glue breakage or uneven oil injection during production.

Production Operating Procedure

Place the fan-shaped pieces into the multi-row automatic feeding bins, set the servo feeding parameters, and start the equipment for automatic feeding.

The ultrasonic welding system automatically completes the bonding of the bowl body, and the mechanical hand transfers the semi-finished product to the next process.

The processes of oil injection, punching, bottom folding, preheating and embossing are automatically synchronized to ensure the bowl bottom is firmly and leak-proof.

The finished bowls are automatically discharged, and can be directly collected and packed or connected to the subsequent packaging process, with no need for manual intervention throughout the process.

Precautions during Production Process

During operation, pay attention to observing the equipment's operating status. If there are problems such as paper jamming or feeding deviation, immediately press the emergency stop button to handle them. Adjust the welding temperature and oil injection amount according to the paper weight and bowl type to avoid problems such as loose bonding or oil overflow. When switching between different bowl types, replace the corresponding molds and reset the parameters to ensure stable production.

Equipment Maintenance

Daily Maintenance (Per Shift / Daily)

After production, clean the remaining paper scraps, glue, and oil stains on the Paper soup bowl machine. Focus on cleaning the feeding track, embossing roller, and discharge port to prevent blockages that may affect accuracy. Check if the air supply pipeline is leaking and lubricate the key transmission components to ensure smooth operation upon next startup.

Regular Maintenance (Weekly / Monthly)

Every week, inspect the wear of the ultrasonic welding heads and oil injection nozzles, and clean or replace them promptly; check if the molds are loose or worn, and regularly calibrate the positioning accuracy. Every month, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the servo motor and mechanical structure, add lubricating oil, tighten loose screws and connections, and extend the equipment's service life.

Long-term Shutdown Maintenance

If the Paper soup bowl machine is not used for a long time, thoroughly clean and dry all components. Apply anti-rust oil to the prone-to-rust parts and cover with a dust cover for storage in a dry and ventilated place. Before restarting, recheck all components, conduct a trial run without abnormalities, and then put it back into production.
