It is equipped with a PLC programmable controller and a touch screen human-machine interface, making the operation intuitive and simple. It is equipped with an independent temperature control module, ensuring uniform and stable heating, a firm and attractive seal, and avoiding problems such as false sealing or leakage. For paper cover packaging, a membrane length grouping setting has been made, allowing for adjustment of the packaging membrane length according to product specifications, reducing material waste and saving both materials and money.

The equipment features a reasonable mechanical structure and pneumatic actuating elements, with neatly cut edges and attractive seals. The finished bags have a firm and upright shape. At the same time, it has an automatic shutdown alarm function in case of insufficient air pressure, enabling timely detection of faults and avoiding the generation of batch defective products. When used with a paper cover collector, it can automatically sort and transport the paper covers, significantly reducing manual intervention and improving packaging efficiency.

The series includes two models: LP450 and LP650. They are respectively suitable for different specifications of paper covers / tableware packaging. The speed is 1-40 bags per minute. It supports various packaging films such as CPP, OPP, BOPP, and LDPE, and can meet the packaging needs for both small-batch trial production and large-batch orders.
