This EZ TECH factory-direct high-quality ZBJ-DP64 Paper Tube Machine is specifically designed for the production of medium to large capacity paper containers. It can reach a speed of 40-60 pieces per minute and can consistently form paper bowls and barrels of sizes ranging from 10 to 64 oz. Compared to traditional equipment, it has undergone in-depth optimization in terms of the bonding strength and rigidity of large-capacity barrels, addressing the common problems of soft collapse and leakage when making large barrels. The ultrasonic welding technology ensures a stronger bonding of the barrel body. The bottom folding and preheating embossing process significantly improves the sealing and load-bearing capacity of the bottom of the barrel, making it less prone to deformation and leakage even when filled with hot food or snacks.

The overall size of the equipment is compact, measuring 2900×1450×2100mm. It requires no large-scale factory space. The actual working power is only 11kW, which makes the electricity cost for long-term production controllable. At the same time, it supports rapid mold change, and one machine can cover multiple specifications of orders, meeting the production needs of different customers.
