The machine has a compact body size, occupying only 2800×1250×1950mm. It can be directly connected to the existing paper cup production line or operate independently. Product manufacturing process

Paper cup loading and positioning: Human operators place the formed paper cups into the storage bin. The paper cup handling machine automatically completes the transportation and precise positioning of the cups, ensuring that each cup is in the same position, preparing for the subsequent hand grip attachment.

Hand grip raw material supply: The hand grip paper rolls are automatically transported, undergo forming and cutting, and form an integrated hand grip structure that meets specifications. The entire process has stable tension, and the hand grip is formed neatly.

Gluing and hand grip attachment: The hand grip gluing mechanism precisely controls the amount of glue, evenly applying the glue to the hand grip attachment area. Then, the hand grip is precisely attached to the outer wall of the paper cup, centered and firmly attached, without skewing or glue overflow.

Pressing and shaping: After the hand grip and the paper cup are attached, they pass through the pressing mechanism for shaping, ensuring that the glue quickly cures, and the hand grip is tightly combined with the cup body, without any detachment or loosening issues.

Finished product discharge: The paper cups with attached hand grips are automatically transported to the discharge end. They can be directly packed or connected to the next process, all completed automatically without manual intervention.

Installation and Site Requirements

The paper cup handle machine should be placed on a flat and stable surface, ensuring a horizontal installation to avoid positioning deviations caused by tilt; it needs to be equipped with an air source of 0.6 Mpa and 0.3-0.5 m³/min, and sufficient space for discharging and maintenance should be reserved to ensure smooth operation of the equipment.

Raw Material Compatibility and Inspection

The paper cups should be of 3-12 oz, 160-350g PE laminated paper material. The cup bodies should be without deformation or damage; otherwise, the handhold adhesion effect will be affected. The handhold paper rolls should be selected with compatible specifications to avoid forming or adhesion failures due to material or size mismatch.

Daily Operations and Safety Standards

During the operation of the equipment, it is strictly prohibited to insert hands or foreign objects into the moving parts such as forming, adhering, and pressing; when adjusting parameters, replacing film rolls, or cleaning the equipment, the emergency stop button must be pressed and the power cut off first to ensure safety before operating. Operators must undergo training and be familiar with the operation procedures and emergency handling methods of the equipment.

Regular Maintenance and Care

Regularly check the glue quantity and condition of the gluing mechanism to avoid glue solidification and blockage of the nozzle; clean the paper scraps and glue residues on the pressing rollers and positioning components to prevent affecting the adhesion accuracy; regularly lubricate the transmission components to extend the equipment's service life and reduce the probability of faults.

Glue Usage and Environmental Safety

It is necessary to use food-grade glue compatible with the Paper cup handle machine to ensure firm adhesion and no odor, meeting food packaging safety standards; the glue storage should be sealed to avoid moisture and contamination, affecting the bonding effect; the equipment operation area should be kept ventilated to prevent the accumulation of glue odor.
