EZ TECH is a professional manufacturer and supplier of Paper bowl machines. This product is an upgraded model specifically designed for one-time use large-capacity paper bowls. After multiple rounds of technical optimization, the entire machine has been specifically enhanced in terms of the stability of large-capacity bowl shape formation and the firmness of adhesion. It can be compatible with PE/PLA laminated paper. The entire process from feeding the fan-shaped sheet, bowl body adhesion, bottom pressing to bowl edge rolling is fully automated. It is the ideal main model for catering, food delivery, and food processing enterprises.
Our Paper Bowl Machine series includes two models: KBM-35 and KBM-200. Their functions are clearly defined:
KBM-35: Suitable for regular paper bowls with diameters of 90-150mm, capable of handling 170-350g paper, with a speed of 80-110 pieces per minute. It is ideal for making soup bowls, noodle bowls, and salad bowls;
KBM-200: Suitable for large-capacity paper bowls with diameters of 150-185mm, capable of handling 250-320g thick paper. With a speed of 80-90 pieces per minute, it specializes in the production of large-sized and high-strength paper bowls.
Both models can be equipped with an automatic paper feeding system, significantly reducing manual intervention and enhancing the stability of long-term continuous production.

Large-capacity bowl-specific forming mechanism
To meet the large-diameter and high-load requirements of paper bowls, the Paper Bowl Machine has optimized the bowl body forming and bottom pressing mechanism. The bowl body bonding is more uniform, the bottom pressing is more secure, and it is less likely to leak when filled with hot soup. This solves the pain points of traditional equipment where it is difficult to make large bowls due to glue separation and deformation.
Optional automatic paper feeding system
An automatic paper feeding device can be added according to requirements to achieve automatic feeding of fan-shaped sheets, reducing the frequency and error of manual feeding, lowering labor costs, and improving the continuity and stability of production. It is suitable for large-scale order production.
Food-grade safety configuration
The components in contact with the paper bowls are made of food-grade materials. The production process has no residual harmful substances, and the finished paper bowls have no odor or leakage, meeting the safety requirements for food packaging. They can be directly used in food contact scenarios, allowing customers to use them with confidence.
Precise temperature-controlled bonding system
A precise temperature-controlled hot bonding system is equipped. The temperature can be adjusted according to the paper material and weight. PE and PLA laminated paper can be stably bonded without problems of weak bonding or overheating deformation. It meets the production needs of different materials.
Low-energy consumption stable operation design
The total power of the Paper Bowl Machine is 15kW, and the actual working power is only 12kW. The energy consumption is low, and the electricity cost for long-term production is controllable. Key components are made of durable materials, and they are not prone to failure during long-term continuous operation, reducing downtime for maintenance. It is more convenient to rush orders during peak seasons.
