Daily Startup Inspection

Before starting the machine, check if the raw material roll is installed properly and the tension is stable. Also, inspect the temperature control module, cutting knife, and edge sealing mold to ensure there are no loose parts or abnormal wear, check the air pressure and power connection to avoid abnormal parameters affecting production.

Production Process Maintenance

During production, regularly clean the non-woven fabric dust and scraps on the equipment to prevent dust accumulation from affecting the operation of the transmission components; check the edge sealing temperature and cutting accuracy every 4-6 hours and adjust the parameters in time to ensure stable product quality.

Regular Maintenance

Every week, lubricate and maintain the transmission chain, bearings, and guide rails of the equipment, tighten screws and connecting parts; check the servo motor, temperature control module, and control system once a month, clean the internal dust of the equipment, replace aged wear parts, and extend the equipment's service life.
